chore(schedules): 每日 github-trending 任务改竖版

动 机：每日热榜视频面向竖屏短视频平台投放。

旧行为：github-trending 任务 platform=bilibili，渲染 1920x1080 横版。
新行为：platform=douyin-short，渲染 1080x1920 竖版 9:16，模板已适配竖屏
板式（commit 2c32d35）。重启容器后生效；SCHEDULES env 覆盖时需同步。
